4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are: 30% deposit with the order and 70% balance before shipment (for T/T), or other terms as confirmed in the proforma invoice. Production begins only after receipt of the deposit. For new customers, production and dispatch may be delayed until payment is cleared.

Terms: Quotes, Samples and Pricing
Under these terms a quotation is valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise, and it is based on the specification supplied by the buyer. Prices are quoted exclusive of import duties and taxes unless DDP terms are expressly agreed in writing. Where the specification changes after the quotation is issued, the price is recalculated.
Samples are produced for approval before mass production. Where a sample is chargeable, the charge is credited against the production invoice for that order. Approval of a sample under these terms confirms the structure, the dimensions and the print, and it becomes the reference for the quality inspection of the production run.
Terms: Order Acceptance and Changes
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, and production is scheduled after the deposit and the approved sample are in place. Changes to the artwork or the die line requested after tooling has started may incur an additional charge and will move the delivery date.
Our minimum order quantity is 200 pieces per design for most rigid structures and 500 to 1,000 pieces for corrugated runs, as stated on the relevant product page. Where a buyer orders below the minimum, we may accept the order at a revised unit price. These terms do not permit cancellation after production has started.
Terms: Intellectual Property and Artwork
The buyer confirms that it holds the rights to all artwork, logos and images supplied, and indemnifies us against claims arising from the use of that material. We do not claim ownership of the buyer’s artwork and we do not use it for any purpose other than the agreed order.
Printing plates, dies and tooling produced for an order remain with us, and the buyer’s artwork is stored securely so repeat orders can be produced without re-supplying files. On request we will delete the buyer’s files from our systems, although a copy may be retained where required for accounting or legal reasons.
Terms: Liability and Force Majeure
Our liability under these terms is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost sales. Where goods do not meet the approved sample we will, at our option, replace the affected units or refund their value.
We are not liable for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, port closures, customs action, transport strikes or public health restrictions. Where such an event occurs we will notify the buyer promptly and give a revised delivery estimate.
Terms: Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Questions about these terms, requests for a copy of a signed contract or enquiries about an existing order can be sent through the contact page. We aim to answer every question about these terms within two working days.
