Samples ship from Shenzhen
Stock samples leave within 24 hours. Custom samples are produced in 5–7 working days. You get a tracking number the moment they leave the factory.
Approve, then we run production
Production takes 7–15 working days after you sign off the sample. QC photos are taken at every stage and sent to you before the cartons are sealed.
What our samples let you check

Inside the sample showroom
This is a walk through the sample showroom at our plant in Shenzhen, filmed in one visit: the shelving where past work is kept, and the table where samples are laid out before they are packed and sent.
We work with FSC-certified paperboard (fsc.org) and follow ISO 9001 quality management (iso.org). Food-contact packaging can be supplied with FDA-grade declarations.

Are the samples really free?
Yes. We send up to 3 stock samples free of charge so you can check board thickness, print quality and finishing before you commit to a production run. You only cover the courier fee if you want them shipped by express.
How fast will I get my sample?
Stock samples leave our Shenzhen factory within 24 hours and normally arrive in 3–5 working days by DHL, FedEx or UPS. A custom printed sample that matches your own artwork takes 5–7 working days to produce.
Do you print my own design on the sample?
Yes. Send us your artwork as AI, PDF or PSD with 300 dpi and CMYK colour. We will produce a custom sample in your exact size, board, finish and Pantone colour — so what you approve is what we manufacture.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 200 pcs per size for most rigid boxes, mailer boxes and paper bags. If you are testing a new product line we can sometimes run 100 pcs — tell us your situation and we will confirm.
Will I be charged for the custom sample?
A custom printed sample is charged at a small tooling and setup cost. That amount is fully credited back against your first production order, so in practice the custom sample ends up free.
How do you protect my design?
We sign an NDA whenever you need one. Your artwork, dielines and product images are never shown to other customers or used in our marketing without written permission.
