About Hibobestgift: Our Factory and Capacity
About Hibobestgift begins with one fact: we manufacture rather than trade. Our facility in Shenzhen handles die cutting, offset and digital printing, lamination, foil stamping, embossing and hand assembly in one building. That is why we can quote a die line within a working day and keep the price free of a trading company margin.
The factory runs both short and long production. A first order of 200 rigid boxes and a repeat order of 20,000 folding cartons use the same presses, the same materials and the same inspection procedure. Producing both in-house is what allows about Hibobestgift to serve a startup and an established brand without changing the standard.

Any supplier can claim to own a factory. These 24 seconds are ours: printed boxes moving along the assembly benches in Longgang, Shenzhen, finished stock being counted and stacked, and goods staged for export packing. The stills underneath come from the same footage, and the workshop photographs further down this section were taken on our own floor. Nothing on this page is licensed stock photography.

From printed sheet to export carton
An order passes through four areas before it ships, and all four sit in the same building: the printing workshop, the die-cutting floor, the machine benches and the finished goods store. These four photographs were taken in those areas.
On the inspection bench
Three of the checks in our QC list happen by hand at the bench rather than only on a machine: die-cut board is fanned out and checked before folding, printed pieces are held against the colour bar sheet used to set the press, and finished pieces are run through one by one before packing.
You are welcome to visit us in Longgang, Shenzhen and see this yourself. If travelling is not practical, ask for a live video walkthrough on a working day — we would rather show you the floor than describe it.
About Hibobestgift: Materials and Sustainability
FSC certified paperboard is available where the end market asks for it, and the chain-of-custody documentation issued for that board is passed on with your order. Greyboard for rigid box cores is recycled, while outer wraps are available in FSC Mix or FSC 100% coated paper so the print quality is not compromised. Water-based and soy-based inks are used in place of solvent inks on request.
Plastic-free laminates allow a finished pack to go into a single paper recycling stream, and compostable coatings are available for food contact items such as paper cups. When a magnet, a ribbon or a clear window is essential, we design it as a removable element so the paperboard body still recycles.
About Hibobestgift: Quality Control Process
Every order passes four checkpoints. The die is measured against the approved drawing before cutting. The printed sheet is compared to the approved proof under standard lighting. The finish is inspected for foil lift, lamination bubbles and colour drift. The assembled box is checked for corner squareness, lid fit and surface defects.
About Hibobestgift’s pre-shipment inspection draws its sample from the finished batch rather than from a hand-picked set, and any defect beyond the agreed tolerance triggers rework of the affected units. Buyers receive photographs of the finished batch before it leaves the factory.

Send the product dimensions, the quantity you need and any artwork you have. We confirm the structure, quote the tooling and the unit price separately, and produce a physical sample for approval. Production begins once the sample is signed off and runs for 7-15 working days.

We are a factory. Our plant is at 201, Building 1, Zhenxing Industrial Park, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Every quote, dieline and QC photo on your order comes from that building, not from a third party.
How long have you been making paper packaging?
We have been manufacturing and exporting paper packaging since 2010, supplying rigid boxes, magnetic gift boxes, drawer boxes, mailer boxes and paper bags mainly to brands in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia and Canada.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 200 pcs per size for most products. That is deliberately low so a brand can test a new SKU before committing to a full container. For very large boxes or multi-piece sets we will confirm a realistic minimum when we quote.
Can I visit the factory or get a live video tour?
Yes to both. You are welcome to visit us in Longgang, Shenzhen. If travelling is not practical, ask for a live video walkthrough of the production floor and we will schedule it in your time zone.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, whenever you need one. Your artwork, dielines and product photos are never shown to other customers and never used in our marketing without your written permission.
Which certifications can you supply documents for?
